Located along a hilltop and offering unimpeded views of the sea, the terrace provides you with the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set every day of your holiday. As if that were not enough, the terrace is an entire living space on its own.
Just inside the enormous glass doors visitors enjoy the open floor plan. This features the high ceilinged kitchen, living room, and casual dining spaces. The kitchen is stocked with the latest technologies and is well suited to the experienced cook. The casual living area features an entertainment system and oversized furnishings suited to lounging.

The villa was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The property was well maintained and clean. The only issue we had was the refrigerator did not stay cold especially the freezer. We had several instances where ice melted and our food thawed. Overall, this was not a major issue just wanted you to be aware.
St Barts Blue’s staff was very attentive and accommodated all our requests from booking thru our time on the island. Thank you.

Beautiful villa! The AC in one bedroom was struggling to keep up with the temps, but we loved it and would rent again no question.
Rhonda was amazing! We kept in touch for well over a year trying to get our trip finalized with Covid restrictions and she was just great. Timely, thoughtful, and really made it happen for us. We can’t thank her enough.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
