Villa Belle Etoile, St Barts. Tucked into the hills of St. Barts, in the lovely and pristine area of Vitet, the Villa Belle Etoile awaits. Vitet is the highest point of the island, and your five-bedroom villa offers you amazing southern views from its lofty position. Gaze down towards Anse de Saline and the large lagoon as well as enjoying amazing sea views.
Of course, you can savor the scenery from many wonderfully comfortable spots thanks to the open and airy design of the villa. Using mostly a single level of living, it includes a long and elegant expanse of pool terrace that leads the eye into that scenery. The infinity edge pool is framed with a wooden and stone terrace and capped at one end by a wonderfully contemporary floating sun bed pavilion. Mature palms line the terrace too, offering welcome areas of shade.
The terrace opens into the verandah, and this leads to the shared living spaces. These are as open and airy as possible, with enormous banks of glass doors that ensure you enjoy the delicious sea breezes and the ever changing scenery whether indoors or out. There is a large living room area that leads to both the dining room and the gourmet kitchen.
The five bedrooms are all ensuite, and the layout of the villa ensures they each have great views and a welcome level of privacy. They have all been crafted as master suites and feature king beds and large baths. Some open to the terrace, and some to their own private balconies. One suite at the far end is at the lower level and opens to the gardens.

Do we share the villa?

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Can you explain the reservation process?

Once a reservation request is received, St. Barts Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve?

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Barts Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.
