It all begins with that wonderful setting that seamlessly blends the private beach entrance with the lounge area. Guests can relax along the elegant wooden deck and spend time in the enormous pool, or they can just follow the gentle sand path directly to the nearby beach. Landscaping abounds and provides ample shade for several discreet and cozy lounge areas.
The open floor plan is enhanced by enormous sliding glass doors that convert the interior spaces into rooms full of light and sea air. The living room transitions smoothly into a gourmet kitchen space and several dining areas. Technology is in abundance and guests will enjoy the sound system, Internet access, and the entertainment options. There are many outdoor lounging areas furnished with oversized deck chairs and amenities, ideal for chatting, cocktails, or sunbathing away an entire day.
There are four bedrooms in the Villa K, each with a large and luxurious en suite bath. A master bath is housed on the upper level of the villa and is considered one of the finest of its kind throughout the entire island. Boasting a Turkish bath, it also offers a private balcony, exquisite views, and a separate sitting area. Two bedrooms are on the lower level of the property, and the final opens directly to the pool area. All have views of the sea, and are equipped with the latest technologies as well.
Up to eight friends or family members can relax and reenergize with a stay at Villa K. Set right on the beach, you may find it hard to stray too far from this impressive and utterly peaceful "private resort".

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
