The enormous wooden deck is stepped and features appealing amenities at each level. The focal point is the infinity edge pool with its innovative gazebo offering seating and remarkable views. There are several outdoor lounges spread across the deck and they include a sun deck and banquette sofa area. The deck also features a verandah space with al fresco dining and a barbecue nearby. The canopy is made of native woods and is a visual delight. Step inside from beneath this canopy and the great room allows visitors to enjoy the great views and sea breezes, but from the comfort of the oversized sofas, breakfast bar or kitchen. This space also incorporates the home theater, too. The kitchen is a gourmet’s dream, and because it is part of the open floor plan, it enables a cook to work without missing the conversation, fun, scenery or sea breezes.
Naturally, the bedrooms are a good reflection of the rest of the design and décor and they are spread out between the main area of the house and the bungalows attached at the end. The master suite is a king-sized room with a separate dressing area, large and luxurious bath and great views. The other bedrooms in the main house are also king-sized and include entertainment systems and private baths. The bungalow suites feature king beds (or two twins) and private baths with showers.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
