With the kind of opulent air that is so often found in Palm Springs California, the Villa Palm Springs on St. Barts has a lot more to offer than any desert oasis. This four-bedroom villa in the prestigious Gouverneur area of the island is all new and situated in a way that brings endless views and the guarantee of breathtaking sunsets daily.
Designed with luxury and elegance in mind, everything about the villa is modern, clean, and yet completely casual. The property is landscaped with mature plantings that ensure a sense of tropical privacy and verdant freshness. The heart of the villa is the central patio and terrace that runs the entire distance between the main building and the bedroom pavilion.
Though the master bedroom is part of the main building, along with another of the remaining three bedrooms, it provides optimal privacy for all. Stretching between the bedrooms in the main building is the terrace, and it is here that the stunning infinity edge pool is found, along with a number of comfortable lounge and sunbathing areas. At the far end is the second building with the other two bedrooms.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, views, private terraces or galleries, and are stocked with high-end electronics and even some with separate office space.
Most have a view of the terrace or pool area, which adjoins the shared living spaces. These include the gourmet kitchen, formal indoor dining area, living room with several seating areas, and the bar. There is also the al fresco dining area beneath the covered terrace, as well.
Villa Palm Springs provides each guest with their own private world and also with some of the finest shared living and recreational spaces available. From the swimming to the lounging, and even in a private fitness center, it is the ideal Caribbean escape for a family or group of friends.

Do we share the villa?

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Once a reservation request is received, St. Barts Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve?

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Barts Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Is housekeeping included?

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning.
