Whether you’re taking a vacation with a small group of friends or going on holiday with your family, the Town House Villa is the perfect destination for all your activities in St Barts. It’s found right in the middle of Gustavia’s harbor, with access to dining, shopping, and exciting activities. This villa is designed for up to six guests with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The view from the villa brings in bright colors of all the yachts and boats out on the water. Guests will be situated in the center of town within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and more. It’s a great way to explore St. Barts and run into some of the locals who make their home there.
The master bedroom at the Town House comes with a king bed with comfortable sheets, a television with cable channels, a personal safe, and a terrace. It comes with an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and shower. The other guest bedrooms are equipped with private bathrooms and comfortable queen beds. Colorful artwork and modern décor fill the rooms and add a whimsical feel to the space.
The outside of the villa offers a beautiful area with a dining table for up to eight. There is also a sitting area with sofas, lounges, and umbrellas. A formal dining area is located just inside if you prefer meals indoors. Right next to it is a gourmet kitchen with all the appliances needed to make delicious meals in St. Barts.
Guests will have a housekeeper to keep things neat and clean most days of the week. You can also request a chef or catering services through concierge services. Other complimentary services include pre-stocking, watersports rentals, spa services, and private charters to various attractions and activities. With its great location and top amenities, this is an excellent villa for a tropical vacation.

Do we share the villa?

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.

Once a reservation request is received, St. Barts Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve?

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, St. Barts Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Is housekeeping included?

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and Christmas/New Year holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning.
