Tucked into the rolling hills of the Lurin area of St. Barts, the Villa Indyana surrounds guests with lush and verdant tropical growth and provides them with optimal privacy and true luxury. The three-bedroom villa is luxurious and boasts and abundance of charms that can easily make it your sole destination or ideal base to explore the area's many delights.
The focal point of the villa is the pool terrace. With its infinity-edge pool gazing out into the scenery, it provides you with an ample number of spaces to relax, dine or gather in total comfort. There is a sun deck with large lounges, an al fresco dining area that looks directly into the views, and an outdoor living room with banquette sofa ideal for long days or nights of conversation, relaxation, and even star gazing.
Step beneath the portico and through the oversized glass doors and you reach the great room. With its open floor plan, neutral palette, and welcoming décor, it is a fantastic space to relax or gather. The living room offers another oversized banquette along with a high-end entertainment system. This opens to the breakfast bar, which then leads to the full-sized, gourmet kitchen. Sleek and modern, it is equipped with the best appliances and opens to the gardens as well as the view.
The large and private bedrooms are set at opposite ends of the villa to allow each to offer uninterrupted views as well as total privacy. Both are queen suites with full-sized entertainment systems, private terrace access, and opulent ensuite baths.
Whether you choose the Villa Indyana for a family holiday, a romantic escape for two, or with another couple, it will provide you with an idyllic location just a short drive from some of the finest dining, shopping and sights as well as excellent beaches. It is also a perfect destination on its own.
There is the possibility of adding a 3rd bedroom on request thanks to an independent studio outside, but just below the villa (the beds can be converted into two single beds). Or it can be rented with Villa Ventura right next door.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
