Just a short walk from Marigot's beaches, the lovely Villa Case et Cuisine (CEC) awaits. Designed with true architectural style, it offers you uninterrupted views of Marigot Bay and features a unique stepped design that makes it a great find for a set of friends or large family.
It is a two-bedroom property built as a series of bungalow-styled buildings. In the center of them is the private pool terrace and its wooden deck. This is a long stretch of pool that backs up against a lovely and shaded terrace. Above, the sun deck provides ample space for sunbathing and stargazing, while on the lower terrace you will want to linger over morning coffee in the cool of the shaded al fresco dining niche.
Inside, the great room features a simple and yet sophisticated style. Large enough to incorporate stairs to the second level, it uses a high ceiling, white palette and accents of dark stained wood to create a very welcoming space. This area includes the living room and TV area, the formal dining area, the breakfast bar and the kitchen. Opening to the lower terrace, the kitchen is a compact and yet extremely functional space. With stainless appliances and tile work surfaces it will make meals fun and simple to prepare and enjoy.
The two bedrooms are similar in size and design. Both offer a four-poster queen bed and a romantic canopy of mosquito netting, a private and spacious bathroom, and access to a terrace. One features a terrace that looks out over the views, while the other opens directly to the pool area.
The Villa Case et Cuisine (CEC) is just a short distance to the delights of Marigot, and yet it is a world all its own and ideal for a family or set of friends looking for a private, tropical retreat.
