Divided between an upper and lower level, the villa has impressive gardens and landscaping. The pool sits at the center of the property and is surrounded by a large terrace area. Two of the three bedrooms open directly to the terrace, but there is also a large array of shared living spaces adjacent to it as well.

Guests will love to spend hours beneath the covered terrace, lounging on the rattan furniture and taking in the scenery, with the sea in the distance beyond. They can then take just a few steps indoors to find a formal dining area, living room with entertainment system, and the complete, gourmet kitchen. Equipped with a breakfast bar, it is open directly into the great room, allowing even a busy cook to enjoy the views, the sea breezes and all of the busy conversation even as they whip up meals, snacks, or beverages.

There are three bedrooms in this villa and two are on the main living level, opening directly to the terrace and pool area. One features views of the surrounding hills and the pool, offering a king bed and private ensuite bath. The other has pool and terrace views, a king bed and a private bath as well. The third bedroom is on the lower level of the villa, with a private terrace, queen bed and garden views. It too offers a private bath.

Whether traveling with friends or as a large family, the Villa Florence will feel like your own private sanctuary, and you may have trouble leaving to go and explore the beautiful island of St. Barts!
