With its simple and clean lines, its Asian-inspired décor, and its use of open and grassy spaces, the Villa Aum is a wonderful Caribbean retreat. A five-bedroom property, it sits in the hills above Tortue and Marigot Bays in the Mont Jean area of St. Barts. Private and exclusive, the area is also scenically stunning, and you can take it in from almost every area of the villa.
While you will find yourself frequently visiting the impressive pool terrace area, there are many open lawns dotted with mature palms that seem to endlessly dance in the sea breezes. The villa itself is designed as a collection of smaller structures, with the shared living spaces housed in the larger, main villa. Here you find the pool terrace and surrounding yards.
The pool area features oversized sunbeds, a tanning deck, and a portico that shelters additional sunbeds and a colorful al fresco dining spot. This opens to the enormous, gourmet barbecue station on a side lawn. From the wooden decking of the portico, you can also enter the great room. This is a stunning space with high ceilings, cool and darkly colored stone floors, and an open floor plan that includes the living room and formal dining room. Decorated in white and blue with accents of natural wood and gorgeous Asian art, it is a tranquil but inspiring spot.
There is also an enormous, gourmet kitchen that opens to the terrace and features stainless countertops, high-end appliances and all you need to prepare meals or snacks.
The five bedrooms are spread throughout the grounds and each provides you with a welcome retreat. Decorated in the same style, using unique color schemes, they all feature high-end entertainment systems, terrace or garden access and ensuite baths. They are all king suites.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
