Villa Casa del Mar features two large sections, each with a breathtaking view. Set on almost one and a half acres, the property is just above an appealing section of rough coastline. From the lawns and pools visitors can enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves breaking over the rocky shore below.
There are two swimming pools on the grounds, a Jacuzzi that is set at the farthest edge of the lawns and looking over the sea below, a stepped terrace, and an appealing sun deck. The propertly also features a library, fitness center, and private access to the "Petit Cul de Sac beach" that is part of the gated community.
The interior spaces are just as inspiring as the exterior and feature professionally designed rooms. The main house is where visitors can enjoy the gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar, the large and spacious media room, and the comfortable lounge areas that line the terrace.
The six bedrooms are divided between the main level and a small guest villa. Four bedrooms have direct access from the main house, and all feature direct views of the sea, en suite baths, a full array of electronics, and Internet. The two bedrooms in the guest villa feature king sized beds, en suite baths, and their own kitchen and living spaces along with a second swimming pool.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
