Villa Lollipop unveiled its grand opening in November 2023, inviting guests to indulge in a premium experience. Nestled atop St Jean, it boasts breathtaking views of the bay and convenient proximity to Saline and Lurin.
Beyond a shared secure gate lies a picturesque driveway culminating at Villa Lollipop. Accessible via a secure parking area, the villa's main floor is reachable through wooden staircases or a convenient elevator, ideal for hassle-free transportation of shopping or luggage.
The residence is primarily single-level, barring the air-conditioned fitness room situated on the parking level. Sprawling across the communal deck are various individual bungalows. Inside, an air-conditioned and luminous living/dining room fused with an open kitchen awaits, complemented by guest toilet facilities. Opposite the pool, offering stunning vistas, sits a shaded outdoor seating enclave.
Continuing from the deck, discover three bedrooms affording delightful views of the valley and panoramic ocean scenes. The largest bedroom occupies its private space, featuring an open bay window onto the terrace. Meanwhile, the other two bedrooms open onto the terrace, allowing seamless internal movement without stepping outside—an ideal setup for families with children.
Each bedroom boasts its private bathroom equipped with a shower, ample storage, American channel television, ceiling fans, and air conditioning for comfort.
The terrace hosts a heated swimming pool stretching its full length, accompanied by sun chairs—perfect for soaking up the sun and unwinding in blissful relaxation.
Please note that near Villa Emotion (sharing the same gate), the fitness center is not shown in the pictures but the owner should provide one soon, 2 bedrooms can be connected, lift to access the main floor from the garage.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
