Villa Sous La Falaise St Barts. At the far eastern end of St. Jean Beach you will discover the delightful Villa Sous La Falaise on St Barts. Crafted in classic bungalow style it is a deceptively large property that uses a series of bungalows to create the ultimate space for a group or family holiday.
The property is built into the hills above the beach, and so the living areas are above the lovely pool area below. The main bungalow is where you find the great room space with its high ceilings, stylish decor, and comfortably plush furnishings. There is a full, gourmet kitchen that opens to the dining area. Both spaces lead to the living room, and everything faces towards the large, covered terrace that provides endless views of the sea, the beach below, and the islands in the distance.
Following the garden paths down towards the sea you reach the pool terrace. Here you can enjoy the al fresco dining area beneath its own gazebo. A barbecue is here to ensure that this entire space becomes a preferred destination, and then it is on to the charming, stone lined swimming pool that seems to hover just over the waters below.
Spaced apart from the main pavillion, the four bedrooms each have their own independant bungalows to provide total privacy. All of them have private terraces and are connected to the main property via another pathway. The bedrooms feature ocean views, mosquito netting to allow you to leave the doors open all night, and luxurious en suite bathrooms full of luxury toiletries.
Only a short and scenic walk along the beach brings you to St. Jean Beach, its many shops, restaurants, and entertainments. This makes the Villa Sous La Falaise a rare find that offers the best of all worlds. Whether for your family or friends, it is a wonderful base for a Caribbean getaway.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
