Villa Mamiami sits high in the hills of the Vitet area of St. Barts and gazes down at the beautiful Anse de Lorient Beach area. Surrounded by the lush and verdant landscape, it is a three-bedroom property packed with amenities and style.
The traditional, island-inspired design of the building puts an emphasis on outdoor living and the amazing views. The pool terrace, for example, features an infinity edge pool that ensures bathers are taking in the amazing scenery before them. Framed by a native wood deck, it offers up several sundecks to enjoy at any hour of the day or night. With charming gardens dotting the setting, it is a space with multiple al fresco lounging and dining spaces. There is also the shelter of the furnished verandah running around the property, and here you will find a gorgeous outdoor dining area and barbecue space.
If you step inside the villa from the terrace, you encounter more of the traditional and classic island-inspired design. There is a great room that features a cathedral ceiling painted in a bold, light-reflecting white. The room has cooling terrazzo floors, and a palette that relies on creamy colors and bursts of bold hues to mirror the tropical setting outside. The great room has a rounded form and features a sitting area and lounge, there is also a formal dining area just steps away, and nearby is the modern kitchen. With its premium appliances and array of windows gazing out to the grounds, it lets you make meals or drinks without missing a moment of fun.
The three bedrooms are also designed with the same sense of style and purpose but meant to offer a private retreat that still emphasizes the natural beauty all around. There are three queen-sized bedrooms, and each features a large and private bath, entertainment systems, and amazing views. They too use a palette that emphasizes the creamy whites, dark natural woods, and bursts of color that inspire and soothe.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
The arrival procedures due vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
