Villa ETJ is cleverly designed with two distinct areas. The upper level, accessed via an external staircase, is where you'll find the three bedrooms. Each bedroom opens with sliding doors and features a king-size bed, a spacious dressing area, a private bathroom, and a shared outdoor shower at the rear. The arrangement ensures privacy while allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking views.
The lower floor is the main living area, which can be completely opened on both sides to showcase the ocean view or closed to create a sheltered terrace. This space exudes a sense of grandeur, especially as the pool seamlessly merges with the vast expanse of the ocean. The main area includes a well-furnished kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table that can accommodate six people, and a comfortable sofa in the television corner.
Outside, on each side of the bungalow, you'll find perfectly arranged areas to enhance your enjoyment. On one side, you can relax by the heated pool, soaking in the gentle breeze. On the other side, a peaceful spot is dedicated to moments spent with friends or family while preparing a delicious barbecue.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
